Bright Morning teammates are master facilitators of meetings and retreats. We work with you to design your ideal event, using our coaching skills to clearly identify your goals, hopes, and intentions. We skillfully navigate group dynamics to ensure meeting outcomes are met and participants feel willing and able to move forward in their work.

“I was amazed at what we were able to get done by having an outside facilitator. It allowed me as the leader to participate in a whole new way and my team to engage with each other far more powerfully. This was an invaluable experience and we cannot wait for our next retreat!”

Central office leader, Contra Costa County Office of Education, CA

As coaches and consultants, we take a gradual release approach, facilitating and co-planning with leaders as they internalize the principles and practices of leading an effective team. We guide you through successful long-term planning, productive team-building, and laying the foundation for effective, joyous learning and work. A great team retreat, with smart planning and follow through, can have an enormous impact on the team’s effectiveness.

This service is customized to meet your team’s needs and can include opportunities for leadership coaching, follow up facilitation, and/or professional development for your team(s). It is an ideal experience for a team at the launch of the school year, midway to pause for reflection, or to conclude a school year and plan for the next one. It is appropriate for school-based teams ranging from grade-level educators to administrative leadership.
