Episode 6: Taking Myself Off Mute with Aneesha Jacko

Here are a few things for you to know about Aneesha, our guest today: She’s a Director of Early Childhood in the NY Department of Education, she lives in Queens NY, and I’ve never met her. I’m saying that, because this conversation went really deep – and afterwards, I kept thinking, I’ve never even met her and she went so deep and this conversation was just an hour? Sometimes we think that we need so much time for coaching, and that it takes so long for people to come to powerful insights and to change and all – but I’m not sure that’s true. Lately I’m really curious about what’s possible in short, intense coaching conversations? What’s possible as far as the insights the client can come to? I’ll be interested to hear what you think on this question, after you listen to this conversation.
