Facilitated Book Studies

Description

Provide your group with expert facilitation as you engage in a study of one of Elena’s books: The Art of Coaching, The Art of Coaching Teams, Onward, Coaching for Equity, and The PD Book.

This offering is the perfect way to introduce the book of your choice to your community and support your team’s learning and growth. Each session, your group will be guided by an expert Bright Morning facilitator through discussion, reflection, and practice activities to support internalization of the content and application to your context.

Over the course of the study, your group will deepen connections with each other and grow in your understanding of, and ability to implement core ideas of Elena’s work.

Prerequisites

Participants must have their own copy of the text they are studying. These can be purchased separately or purchased as part of your book study. We may also recommend one of our workbooks (The Art of Coaching Workbook or The Onward Workbook) to enhance the study.

It truly helped to peel back the layers to not only understand our own personal bias, but provided us with the tools to help others to see their personal bias.
