Employment Opportunities

Join our team working to heal and transform the world.

Our Mission

Bright Morning is an international education, coaching and consulting firm that exists to bring new learning practices to organizations that aspire to interrupt inequities, build resilient communities, and heal and transform the world. Our work transforms schools into equitable places of learning where every child gets whatever they need, every day, in order to be successful and to thrive. Process matters. The journey is the destination. Therefore, we lead processes of creation and transformation that honor and nurture all of those involved.

Our Impact

We support school transformation by transforming the experience of educators. Our wide range of offerings support individuals and teams in turning their aspiration of building a more just and equitable world into a reality.

Our Advice for Hopeful Future Team Members

At Bright Morning, we are very intentional about the people who join our small, but mighty team.

Overwhelmingly, we hire individuals who are already a part of our extended community. We know that those who have read Elena’s books, attended learning experiences with us, regularly read our newsletter, engage with us on social media, and listen to our podcast tend to be deeply aligned with our approach and thrive as a member of our team.

There is no one background or set of experiences that is required to join our team. However, successful applicants for the Presenter role will have demonstrated excellence in both Transformational Coaching and facilitation and will have engaged in significant learning with our organization. All of our presenters have a deep understanding of educational equity and have experience coaching or leading for equity.

If you are interested in joining our Presenter Team, at a minimum you will need to have read all of Elena’s books and have attended the following workshops:

  • The Art of Transformational Coaching
  • Coaching for Equity
  • Artful Design & Facilitation

Applicants who have attended additional workshops will be given higher consideration, as will those who regularly listen to The Bright Morning Podcast. Additionally, taking part in our Learning Library and Transformational Coaching PLC provides applicants with an advantage due to their refined coaching skills and our increased exposure to their practice.

What Else You Should Know
