Each month you will receive access to a new asynchronous micro-course led by Elena Aguilar for an entire year. Elena has designed each course to support you in mastering 13 of the most critical elements of Transformational Coaching, as defined on the Transformational Coaching Rubric:
- Embodying Transformational Coaching beliefs
- Cultivating social awareness through attending to body language and linguistic representations
- Using strength-based coaching to build trusting relationships
- Building relationships across lines of difference
- Putting the coaching dispositions into action
- Cultivating agency in coaching conversations
- Listening expansively and from presence
- Addressing will and capacity gaps
- Using the confrontational stance
- Responding to a client’s fear when it arises in conversations

By engaging in this self-paced learning experience, you will be able to learn on your schedule, pace yourself, rewind when necessary, and meet your own unique learning needs. You’ll see these skills demonstrated, you’ll hear concise and comprehensive explanations of them, and you’ll be guided to incorporate them into your practice.
Transformational Coach PLC
TWO HOURS EACH MONTH
Each month, you’ll come together with a Bright Morning facilitator and a community of coaches to observe masterful coaching, engage in coaching role plays, and receive feedback to sharpen your practice. While the structure remains constant, the topic will shift to focus on the Learning Library course topic for that month.
All PLC sessions are two hours and take place from 8 am-10 am PT (10 am-12 pm CT/11 am-1 pm ET).

Participants in this experience must have attended one of our coaching workshops, and they must have a copy of Arise: The Art of Transformational Coaching. The book is not included in the registration fee. If you’re new to Transformational Coaching, start with The Art of Transformational Coaching workshop.

Recordings
PLC sessions are not recorded both for confidentiality and because the majority of your learning will be in breakout spaces. All Learning Library micro-courses are asynchronous and participants have access to all materials through the duration of their membership.
My favorite part of being a Bright Morning member is participating in a supportive community dedicated to learning.
