Elena noted it’s essential to clarify why your coachee is being coached. What is the reason in your context? How will you communicate that reason? (Tip: If you’re not clear and confident in your answer, this is a great question to ask your supervisor.)
How will you explain your role as a coach and your approach to coaching to a new coachee? (Tip: writing this out and practicing saying it aloud will build your confidence and clarity!)
Given your context, what are the questions your coachees might have that you can anticipate and proactively answer?
