Transformational Coaching and leadership is an art form that requires constant learning.
For years we have seen the most transformational growth happen with participants who engage in multiple learning experiences. We’ve also felt the tension of tightening budgets and challenging professional development fund approval processes that prevented some learners from engaging with us to the extent they wanted. As a result, in 2020, we launched Bright Morning memberships which were a great success. Each year we have continued to refine our memberships, and added bundles, to best meet the needs of our community.

Nothing about professional development should be one-size-fits-all, that is why we have two membership options and an extended learning experience to provide you with the learning experience you need.
- Transformational Coach Membership: This comprehensive coach development plan provides you with a scaffolded learning experience through our core offerings over a series of months.
- All-Inclusive Membership: The all-access pass: this gives you access to any virtual workshop, whenever you want and as many times as you want it and all of our Transformational Coaching Accelerators.
- Transformational Coaching Accelerator Bundle: Perfect for those who have previously engaged in our workshops, this five-month learning experience allows you to engage in structured practice and feedback cycles, observe and deconstruct masterful coaching conversations, and add new tools to your coaching toolkit.

As instructional coaches and educational leaders reading this know, coaching and leading adults, in the best of circumstances, is complex work that requires a robust repertoire of tools and resources. How do I register for workshops as a Bright Morning member?
Please visit your membership course within Thinkific to access step-by-step instructions on registering for upcoming workshops using a specific membership coupon code. This code can be used at the event checkout page.
Am I able to pay for my membership in monthly installments?
No, unfortunately, we can’t process monthly payments.
Can we purchase a single membership for our organization and share access?
No, memberships are priced per individual. Please do not share access to your membership with others as this undermines our financial viability as a small business.
If I am unable to use my Membership can I transfer it to someone else?
No, memberships, course bundles, or application-based programs, such as the BIPOC Leader’s PLC, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
How long is my membership valid? When does my membership expire?
We offer a variety of membership types and access periods to best meet your needs. To choose the membership that works best for you, please carefully review the individual membership pages to select the best fit. For example, our All-Inclusive Membership type is offered in two formats: All-Inclusive Membership | January – December 2023 which follows the calendar year, and All-Inclusive Membership | July 2022 – June 2023 which is more in line with the school year calendar. Please note, given the exceptional value that memberships provide, and the frequency with which we offer our workshops, we do not prorate memberships.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we do accept purchase orders. You may request your membership on our Pay By Invoice/PO form.
Do you provide group discounts?
We do. Currently, this is for 15 or more memberships purchased at once. Also, our individual membership rate is already at a great discount for our offerings.
If I can’t make a virtual offering will I have access to the recordings?
Yes, *nearly all of our sessions are recorded (minus time spent in breakout spaces) and are available for a limited time after the live learning. However, we know participants get the most out of their learning experiences when they are attending live so we strongly suggest you plan to engage live whenever possible.
*Transformational Coaching Accelerators will not be recorded due to the significant time spent in breakouts.
If you do offer in-person events will those be included in my membership?
No, all of our 2023 memberships include access to virtual offerings only. Please see individual membership pages to learn more about which offerings are included.
