This is why we choose to offer so much of our online content (tools, handouts, and audio available here) for you to use for educational, professional, and personal use. In return for the use of our content, we ask that you use them thoughtfully.
We request thoughtfulness in your decision-making, and respect for the laborious creation and maintenance processes that support making these resources available. If you get to the point where you are using significant pages or resources from books and workbooks, not available online, we ask that you instead purchase a copy for each participant.
There are no firm lines here as we do what we can to continue making our resources as accessible as possible to support learning, and also allow Elena and Bright Morning the ability to thrive and continue creating.

At Bright Morning, we’re committed to supporting others to interrupt inequities, build resilient communities, and heal and transform the world. We’re grateful that you’ve chosen to invest in learning with us! As a participant in a Bright Morning learning experience, please carefully read the following to ensure that you understand how to engage responsibly with the learning content before, during, and after the Bright Morning learning experience. The content of this learning experience, including, but not limited to its content, resources, images, and design, is the intellectual property of Bright Morning Consulting. Portions of it may be used to supplement learning in a school, school district, or for other noncommercial uses.
In every instance of content use, appropriate attribution to Bright Morning Consulting/Elena Aguilar must be included (more details can be below under “Attribution and Branding”). This content may not be used for workshops, training series, professional development sessions, or presentations of any kind in which participants pay to attend the event. Use of Bright Morning’s content, resources, and design in this way constitutes a violation of property rights. Thank you for doing your part to ensure that the scholarship and intellectual property of Elena Aguilar and Bright Morning Consulting is fairly protected. Please contact us if you have any questions about sharing our content.
ATTRIBUTION AND BRANDING
In every instance of content use, include attribution to Bright Morning Consulting/Elena Aguilar.
If you don’t alter, or minimally alter, the form of the handouts (use your judgment), the attribution will read: “Created by Bright Morning Consulting.”
If you don’t alter the content, please maintain the Bright Morning branding.
If you significantly modify the handouts (use your judgment), the attribution will read: “Adapted from Bright Morning Consulting.”
For all audio and video use, the attribution will read: “Created by Bright Morning Consulting.”
If you combine our content with content from any other source, clearly attribute all sources the content was derived from.
