How to Make the Most of the Final Days of Break

If you are on break today, you’re likely returning to work on Monday.
Here’s an invitation to help you make the most of your final days away. Make a "More of/Less of" plan for the rest of the week and then execute it.
What is a "More of/Less of" plan?
What this "more/less" is organized around is also up to you—it could be work, supporting your body, your healing plan, or whatever you want.
Step-by-Step Guide to Create Your Plan
✨Pick whether you want to identify things you want to do more of, or less of, or both.
✨Consider inviting someone you love to join you in creating and enacting their own plan.
✨Capture photos documenting your “more” or “less” in action.
Reflecting on Your Experience
The night before you return to work, take 10 minutes or so to reflect on what you learned about yourself by engaging in this activity. If you invited someone else to join, consider sharing your photos and reflections.
