Sign Off with Confidence

Have you found yourself waking up at 2 or 3 AM. and your mind quickly jumping to thoughts of everything you need to do and figure out?
That’s exactly what you don’t need this winter break.
Take 10 minutes right now to give yourself the gift of peace of mind (and good sleep) this winter break.
Do this:
- Write down all of the lingering pain points you’re encountering that are likely to keep you from logging off with confidence
- For each, write down one first step you can take to address it. It can be small. In fact, that might be the best
- Pick the one that you have the most energy around. Maybe it’s the biggest challenge, or the one that feels most winnable. Use whatever criteria you want
- Identify one calendar block the first week back where you can take that step
