This Summer, Build Your Skills at Creating Connection
June 10, 2024
The top core human need is the need for connection.
So how do you create connection between adults? Which structures do you incorporate into coaching, facilitating, and leading teams so that meaningful connection happens?
We all crave connection. Humans need it in order to survive. We also need it in order to thrive. The most resilient, successful schools are those in which staff feel deeply connected to each other.
How will you build your skills at creating connection this summer?
How will you build your skills at creating connection all school year?
For now, here’s a question to ask clients, colleagues, or even friends and family that can create more connection:
What’s something that’s going on with you or that you’d like to share with me, that I’m not aware of right now, that might deepen our connection? I care about you and would like our connection to be deeper.
