I’m saying that, because this conversation went really deep – and afterwards, I kept thinking, I’ve never even met her and she went so deep and this conversation was just an hour? Sometimes we think that we need so much time for coaching, and that it takes so long for people to come to powerful insights and to change and all – but I’m not sure that’s true. Lately I’m really curious about what’s possible in short, intense coaching conversations? What’s possible as far as the insights the client can come to?
